Introduction

DAAD ENTERPRISES ("we", "our", or "the App") is a personal expense, budget, wallet, and financial record management application designed to operate primarily on the user's device.

We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you use the App.

01

1. Information Processed by the App

DAAD ENTERPRISES allows users to enter and manage information such as:

  • Income and expense transactions
  • Transaction titles, categories, amounts, dates, and notes
  • Monthly and category budgets
  • Savings goals
  • Accounts and wallets
  • Recurring transactions
  • Account transfers
  • Optional receipt images
  • User-selected app preferences

This information is stored and processed locally on the user's device.

DAAD ENTERPRISES does not operate a remote account system and does not require users to create an online account.

02

2. Data Collection

DAAD ENTERPRISES does not transmit your financial records or other app data to DAAD ENTERPRISES servers.

The App is designed to function without a remote backend, cloud database, analytics service, advertising service, or online user account.

Information entered into the App remains on the user's device unless the user intentionally exports, backs up, or shares it using a feature provided by the App or Android operating system.

03

3. Financial Information

Financial information entered into the App, including income, expenses, budgets, savings goals, account balances, and transfers, is used only to provide the App's local financial-management features.

This information is not transmitted to us and is not sold or used for advertising.

DAAD ENTERPRISES is a personal record-management tool and is not a bank, financial institution, investment service, financial adviser, or payment processor.

04

4. Receipt Images and Files

Users may optionally select receipt images or other supported files for use within the App.

Selected receipt images are stored in the App's local private storage where applicable.

The App does not automatically upload receipt images to a remote server.

Users are responsible for the contents of files and images they choose to import, export, back up, or share.

05

5. Backup, Restore, Import, and Export

DAAD ENTERPRISES provides local features that may allow users to:

  • Export transaction data
  • Import compatible transaction data
  • Create local backup files
  • Restore local backup files
  • Generate local reports

These actions are initiated by the user.

Files are saved to or selected from locations chosen by the user through Android's file-selection and storage mechanisms.

If a user later sends an exported file to another application, cloud provider, person, or service, that transfer is initiated and controlled by the user and may be subject to the privacy practices of the receiving service.

06

6. Biometric Authentication and PIN Security

The App may allow users to protect access using a local PIN and supported Android biometric authentication.

DAAD ENTERPRISES does not receive or store fingerprint images, face images, or biometric templates.

Biometric verification is handled by the Android operating system and supported device security services. The App receives only the authentication result required to allow or deny access.

PIN-related security information is stored locally on the device using security-focused processing rather than being sent to a remote server.

07

7. Notifications

The App may use local notifications for features such as:

  • Budget reminders
  • Budget-limit alerts
  • Recurring transaction reminders

Notification processing is performed locally on the device. The App does not require a remote notification server for these features.

Users may disable notification permission through their Android device settings.

08

8. Internet and Third-Party Services

The current version of DAAD ENTERPRISES is designed without an application internet permission for its core functionality.

The App does not intentionally use advertising networks, third-party analytics platforms, or remote tracking services.

If future versions introduce any online service, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cloud sync, or other feature that changes the App's data practices, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated accordingly.

09

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal or financial information.

We do not intentionally share locally stored financial records with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Data may leave the App only when a user deliberately performs an action such as exporting, backing up, or sharing a file through another application or service.

10

10. Data Storage and Security

User-created app information is primarily stored locally on the user's device.

We use reasonable technical measures available within the Android platform to limit unauthorized access to application data. However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their devices using appropriate device security features and should protect exported backup files containing sensitive information.

11

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored information remains on the user's device until the user deletes individual records, resets financial data using available App controls, clears the App's storage, or uninstalls the App, subject to Android system behavior.

DAAD ENTERPRISES includes local data-management functionality that allows users to remove financial records stored by the App.

Because the App does not provide an online account or maintain a remote user database, there is no server-side account data requiring an account-deletion request.

Exported or backup files saved outside the App must be deleted separately by the user from the location where they were saved.

12

12. Children's Privacy

DAAD ENTERPRISES is a general financial-management utility and is not specifically designed or marketed as a service for children.

We do not knowingly operate a system intended to collect personal information from children.

13

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.

Any updated version will include a revised "Last Updated" date.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
